Many blighted have chosen to migrate to the Blacktop mountains, retreating from the oppressive doctrine of the nidean empire, shunned by both their patriarch and other nidean peoples all the same. They live a hard and bleak existence, with few allies and many enemies, and must be always prepared to defend their new homes.
