Sir Meliant de Lis, Knight of the Rock

Sir Meliant ‘of the Rock’ is a Knight of the Round Table and the son of King Norrois of Lis, Lord of the Waste Manor, as well as nephew of King Bagdemagus of Gore. His father was killed by Sir Lancelot when Meliant was young and his upbringing was entrusted to Sir Tibaut of Tintagel.

Along with Bagdemagus and Meleagant, he declares war on Tiebaut after being rejected by his daughter Obie. Sir Gawain captures Meliant, who then has no choice but to reconcile with Obie and Tiebaut.
